Fort Lauderdale / The Waterways

We can pick you up from any marina close to where you’re staying, like the Pier 66 Marina or the legendary Bahia Mar Marina made famous in the Travis McGee mystery series.  Start your trip by cruising the Intracoastal Waterway, where you can enjoy some beautiful mansions and the luxurious mega-yachts that attend them.

Passing in front of Port Everglades, you are able to view the cruise ships arriving and departing through Port Everglades Inlet.  Heading out toward the ocean, moving north past Commercial Blvd and Pompano Beach, you can enjoy the impeccable beaches of Fort Lauderdale while watching the sunbathers envious of the yacht you’re on.  Near the inlet at Pompano Beach you can drop anchor and take a break snorkeling, swimming or jetting around on one of our optional Waverunners.

When you’re ready, head back south towards the Fort Lauderdale Intracoastal and cruise along The New River where you’ll enjoy an endless parade of magnificent homes of the rich and famous.  If you have time, you might stop at the Las Olas Riverfront for some shopping, eating, drinking or other land-side entertainment.  Right on the waterway is the iconic Broward Center for the Performing Arts where you’ll also find the IMAX theater and science museum.  After a full day you’ll be ready to head back home to your destination marina with memories for a lifetime.
