Yacht: 80' Lazzara Open Flybridge

Was great at Lazarro.  Peter is switched on, knows the area, and generally a keen and hospitable captain, so - very good experience with him. 

Diani was good and could have some room for improvement.  The job of a purser is, of course, more art than science as it combines being able to anticipate your passengers' needs and staying out of everyone's way.  Rooms were always made up well, laundry was done well and extremely quickly.  We didn't have any major food requests other than what we requested to have on board so catering was relatively easy and tables were all set nicely and on time.

Hypothetically, one thing that could be done was - towels could be put on the
sun-bathing area at the front of the boat during the day and removed at night - that we did ourselves (and on most other boats this is done by service staff).

Other than that - a very good experience!  Thanks for recommending them and I am sure to be using them in the future.
